Baba Kadhera Singh Vidya Mandir
Baba Kadhera Singh Vidya Mandir was established in April 1998 to literate the students of the rural areas, who were deprived of quality education, from the curse of educational backwardness. The wide and far-sighted vision of Shri Suresh Singh was materialized.
The way to development emerged from the talisman of education. The making of healthy & matured personality was started which subsequently will make healthy society village & nation. Started with 600 students, the young sapling of school has now grown as a large banyan tree which is spreading the light of knowledge in all direction.
Affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi, the school is providing 10 + 2 education in three streams- Science, Commerce & Humanities. This residential school has the strength of 3000 Students out of which 600 students are residing in hostel & getting education.
Every year students in large number come from Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana & Delhi to get admission here. Situated at green base of Goverdhan Dham, this school is spread over 50 acres of land.
MANAGEMENT
Baba Kadhera Singh Vidya Mandir is managed by “Gram Vikash Kalyan Sansthan” Akkha (Sonkh), Mathura, UP. This is a non-government social organization registered under the Society Registration Act-1860. The main aim of the sansthan is the overall development of backward & rural areas through charitable activities so that the people from the backward and remote areas may get the benefit of modern scientific achievement by entering the main stream of development.
The establishment of the school is a milestone in its educational programs.
