Admission Process Guidelines
To ensure a smooth admission process for your child, please review these essential guidelines and requirements based on the latest school norms and standards.
1. General Norms of Selection
Admissions to school classes are governed by the following criteria:
- Authorities: Admissions are made by the school authorities based on the norms of selection.
- Seats: Final admission depends on the availability of seats in the respective class.
2. Parental/Guardian Responsibility
Every candidate for admission must be introduced by the parent/guardian who will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct & Discipline: Responsibility for the student's behavior and discipline in the school.
- Academic Progress: Ensuring the student's regular progress in studies.
- Fees: On-time payment of all school fees and dues.
3. Principal's Discretionary Rights
The Principal or school authorities reserve specialized rights regarding student enrollment:
- Refusal of Admission: The Principal reserves the right of refusing admission to a pupil without any reason.
- Continued Studies: The right to refuse continued studies is reserved for pupils whose conduct is found unsatisfactory or who are not benefiting from their stay in the school.
4. Eligibility & Testing
Admission to Baba Kadhera Singh Vidya Mandir is regulated by specific standards:
- Regulations: Restricted by government regulations, condition of age, mental attitude, ability, and conduct.
- Evaluations: Applicants for admission will be interviewed and tested (Entrance Test) to identify potential.
- Placement: Students are admitted to the standard for which they are found fit, according to the vacancies available.
5. Branch Preferences
Information regarding the school's multi-branch system:
- Options: Parents can choose a branch according to their convenience as school has 5 branches.
- Permanency: Students must continue with the same branch once selected; no change will be entertained.
6. Transfer Certificates (TC) & Withdrawal
Regulations regarding leaving the school or obtaining duplicate documents:
- Issuance: Transfer certificates will be issued only when applied for in the prescribed form after all dues have been cleared.
- Fee Liability: Fees are due as long as no formal notice of withdrawal from the school is provided.
- Duplicates: Duplicates of transfer certificates will only be issued with an affidavit stating the reason and payment of prescribed fees.
No corrections will be made in the student's or parents' name or date of birth after the submission of Transfer Certificate/Birth Certificate/Previous Year Progress Card. Ensure all details are correct before submission. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE thereafter.
